Monday Work Wear

It may be cold, gray and threatening snow in Seattle, but a little infusion of some fun and flirty pattern would definitely help me face an early morning.

I hope you have something bright and happy to look forward to this week!

ROOM OF THE WEEK 12.10

Dear Santa... someday, I'd really, really, really like a conservatory...
Just. Like. This. So fresh! So ready for entertaining! So simple and glamorous! I seriously gasped when I saw it. Alexis and Trevor Traina's home is featured in the current issue of Vogue, and the part that I love most about it (besides the breathtaking decor) is the fact that it's in my favorite city - San Francisco. It honestly couldn't get any better.
And, it seems that they have an affinity for peacocks (there are more touches of them throughout the home). So, naturally I need to make them my new best friends. You can see more of the house tour right here.

Dark + Dramatic Deutsch

I'm not in the habit of posting entire fashion spreads straight from a magazine, but after many of you commented on the photo from Deutsch Vogue in my last Rooms from the Runway post, I had to share the rest of these amazing shots and drop dead gorgeous dresses...

Dear Santa... could I have just one designer gown in my lifetime? Please?

Riviera Nautical

The stripes and polka dots in the Carolina Herrera collection below reminded me of these photos I loved of Jennifer Connelly from the November '07 Vogue, photographed by the amazing Mario Testino...

Very French Riviera meets Americana Nautical, non?

Perfect summer inspiration!
