KELLEY GREEN: GLAM BAMB{ECO} GARDEN PARTY

Summer is quickly come to an end, so why not take advantage of the last of long daylight and warm evenings and end this season in style? And not just any style. Kelly Wearstler style! KW would most definitely wrap this summer up with a glamorous (and sustainable!) backyard garden party. Complete with glowing luminaries, bright colors (think Palm Springs Viceroy) and some extra bold, graphic prints.

Thanks to Bambeco - a company who believes in "hot style for a cool planet" - it's easy for you to live your values without sacrificing quality and a high-end look!

Consider these darling, modern lanterns (also available in my personal favorite, floral) and trellis place mats (dyed with low-impact dyes that still provide brilliant hues).  Together they create stunning, statement looks that are eco-chic as well as a dash of "Wearstler-esque" flair!

A(NOTHER) NEW PAGE

When I started coco+kelley over three years ago, I never ever would have thought in my wildest dreams that it would get to this point. That I would have met so many amazing people, had such wonderful experiences, grown a truly loyal audience and created a successful company doing what I love.

It is because of all this that today starts a new era for coco+kelley - a chance to take things (once again!) to a new level of commitment to original and inspiring posts while bringing you an even more diverse group of talent to add to the mix.

ROOM OF THE WEEK 6.17

In preparation for our (*fingers crossed) move in July, I've been collecting photos of small spaces with big style. No doubt we'll be downgrading from our two bedroom quite roomy condo to tighter city living quarters. But smaller space does not mean skimping on style...
Taking a cue from the queen of queen of living it up, this little breakfast nook designed by Kelly Wearstler has my head spinning in a very good way! The chandelier alone is quite breathtaking, but the use of luxurious textiles and pops of pattern, gilded furniture and a fancy tabletop setting just goes to prove that you don't have to wait for your dream dining room to do things up right.

While my guess is that this space is much larger than the photo hints at, there's no reason I couldn't commit a tiny corner of our next apartment to some fabulous decor. And, since I'll be giving up my office, I'll need an inspirational spot just like this to blog, blog, blog away!

STICKS

Say what you will about Kelly Wearstler and her obvious infatuation with ridiculously oversized chairs...
And overdone rooms...
I'm still loving the woman's design sense for the 'pickup sticks' pattern she created and has been using in her homes (walls and ceiling!). The print is actually called 'Mulholland' and is a part of her seriously gorgeous collection for Pickard...
Perhaps inspired by one of her own favorite objets d'art she created for her Bergdorf shop? I love the use of silver + gold metallics together in such a bold pattern. It's neutral but strong at the same time, making it a perfect pick in my book for a more playful room that doesn't have to go overboard. And, for the record... I'd also take that insane rug from her living room. I die!

Room of the Week 2.14

Well, darlings, I'm heading to the magic land of Vegas this weekend for my friend Lyndsy's Bachelorette Party, so in honor of the rockin' ridiculousness that is Las Vegas, our 'Room of the Week' is the Hard Rock High Roller Suite created by the queen of hotel design Kelly Wearstler.

Welcome to your suite, you fabulous people you.

Fully stocked bar, anyone?

How about a little midnight bowling?

And when you're ready to crash... some seriously lush accommodations await.

Have your own rockin' weekend, and I'll see you all on Tuesday!
