Three's Company (And a Little Blue Dress)

I haven't stopped over at the Selby in quite some time, but when I did it was actually this little blue dress that caught my eye...
I know it looks familiar, but I can't figure out the designer for the life of me. Anyone??

Of course, when I clicked through this little threesome's apartment, I also found lots of other details to love..
