The room was designed by Eve Robinson for last year's Kip's Bay Showhouse.
I love the open space in the room. While it seems a bit impractical for conversational purposes,
keeping the design open really plays up the large scale of the space (it is a showhouse after all), as does the oversized artwork, and contrasting drapery. The pendant lamp really completes the space. And don't even get me started on those windows. TDF!
I love how she tied in the paint from the fireplace with the inside color of the lamp! And how quirky are those tables? A very fun little touch.
