This is the Corson Building, the latest genius idea of Seattle phenom chef Matt Dillon. It's actually a 1910 house! I'd love to see that fireplace, exposed brick, beautiful banquet tables, gorgeous floors and arched doorways when I walk into my dinning room everyday.
I am not going to get to live in that amazing space, but at least I can get some inspiration to go whenever I eat there. The semi-private restaurant serves public communal dinners including a Sunday Supper every month.
I hope you have an inspiring weekend!
