Room Inspiration: Soft Chinoiserie

This soft mix of pieces is the result of the chest, chaise, chandelier and garden stool sitting in an inspiration folder I had saved some time ago. Looking at them with fresh eyes, I realized they inspired a soft chinoiserie type of atmosphere...

I added the wallpaper to tie the room together, and the oversized clam shell as an unexpected twist (every room should have one!), and voila. The beginnings of a serene space - perhaps a quiet little sitting room...?
