This could be the most perfectly girlish dress I've ever seen. And I think what makes it work on Alexa is her undone hair and the casual black belt. Or does she just look like she's dressing up in an old prom dress circa 1991? Either way, I kinda like it. That and I've been coveting a diamond peace sign necklace. (Such a hippie these days!)
