While some are more realistic than others I think I'm going to start with this.
Don't open tabs in your browser. Only read one website at a time and don't open 16 more in tabs to read later. Just one at a time (and don't spend all night doing it either!)
You can start slowing down by admiring this gorgeous image via pia jane.
Then spend five minutes reading her blog. Say ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. I know I already feel better and I hope you do too. And don't forget to go to bed early tonight!
